You have the right to return all or part of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply: 1. The product (s) is in its original condition and the special markings (eg protectors, tabs, labels) have not been removed. 3. The return package must include the RETURN FORM completed and the corresponding RETAIL PROOF. In the RETURN FORM you are given the following alternatives: A. REPLACEMENT: Our company will do its best to replace the product you returned to us. Please: Fill in the password (s) to return to the corresponding field. Fill in the code (s) you wish to receive for replacement in the corresponding field. When your return is received by our company, we will contact you by phone to confirm the availability of the new product (s) and to proceed with the shipment. Prior to the receipt of the returned items, our company does not make a reservation / commitment of new product (s). B. REFUND: To proceed with the refund please fill in the required details, iban, bank name and beneficiary name in the relevant fields of the form. The process is completed within 20 working days from the date we receive your return.
